With students left out of the data on housing, governments pay very little attention to student housing conditions. Whether you live in an apartment or with your parents, we, along with UTILE want to know your reality.
To better meet the needs of post-secondary student tenants, we must document the situation and put student housing on the radar of our governments.

Research carried out by UTILE and numerous student associations across Quebec has already convinced public and private investors to invest in the future of student housing.

For projects like this to multiply across Canada, UTILE and the OCAD Student Union need to consolidate research on student housing.
