OCAD University offers a health, dental and travel insurance plan to students, provided through www.studentcare.ca. Students registered in at least 1.5 credits in the Fall semester for September to December coverage and at least 1.5 credits in the Winter semester for January to August coverage are automatically opted in to the plan. Students are able to make changes to their coverage during the first month of studies by opting in, opting out or adding dependents to the health and/or dental plans.
